Media is just as simple as using common sense. When someone comments on your wall, respond. When someone like’s your status, like their’s. When someone ask a question, answer. When someone is kind, be kind back. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Now that applies to Facebook but Twitter is just like talking on the phone, by this I mean you get a response fast as if your having a conversation. It can just be a tweet to make someone feel better. A RT of some good information that you want to pass on. Being silly and laughing with your peeps. People are into Real and Social media is touching real people everyday. A connecting to people from the past and meeting people you would have never meet without it.

Business in Social Media is not selling your product, It’s selling yourself and in the process you build a friendship that sells your product when a person has a need for it.
